Short clips from long interviews

Captioned 20 to 60 second clips pulled from interviews, podcasts, panels and talking-head recordings you already have.

What makes a clip work

A clip has to make sense with no setup. The viewer didn't hear the question and won't watch the full interview, so the clip needs a line that stands on its own: a clear opinion, a short story, a practical tip. When we read a transcript for clips, we look for answers that begin with the point instead of building up to it.

Picking the moments

You can tell us which moments to cut, or ask us to suggest them. Suggestions come back as a list with the timecode, the opening words and a one-line reason for each, so you can choose without watching the whole recording again.

Captions and framing

Most people watch these clips with the sound off, so captions do the heavy lifting. We set them in your brand font, large enough to read on a phone, and place them away from the parts of the screen that apps cover. Horizontal interviews can be reframed to square, 4:5 or vertical, as long as the speaker sits roughly in the middle of the original frame.

Questions

Can you deliver a batch of clips every month?

Yes. A monthly batch with a fixed caption style and template is a common setup, agreed in the quote.

Do you post the clips?

No. You get files and suggested caption text, and posting stays with your team.
