Helpful to mention
- A link to the camera files and any separate audio (Google Drive, Dropbox, Frame.io, Box or WeTransfer)
- What the video is for: a careers page, a job post, an all-hands, a sales page, LinkedIn or an event screen
- The questions that were asked, or the script if the speaker read from a prompter
- Names and job titles exactly as they should appear on screen
- Brand files: logo, fonts, colors and any lower-third template you already use
- Who approves the cut, and whether legal, HR or the customer has to sign off too
