Detroit projects
Detroit companies hire for a wide mix of roles, from skilled trades and plant work to engineering, health care and office jobs. A lot of our Detroit work fits that. Recruiting videos for manufacturers and suppliers, where employees explain shift work and training on the floor. Customer stories for software and engineering firms whose buyers are other manufacturers. Leader updates for companies with staff spread across several plants and offices, where a recorded message reaches people a meeting can't.
Plant footage has its own sound problems. Machines, fans and forklifts sit under every word, and a camera microphone picks up all of it. A clip-on microphone on the speaker helps most. When that wasn't possible, we reduce the background noise as far as it goes without making the voice sound hollow, and add captions so nothing is lost.
Michigan winters are long and gray, so outdoor b-roll from November to March tends to look flat and blue. We warm it up to match the indoor interview footage, so the video feels like one shoot even when the b-roll was gathered months apart.
How a Detroit project runs
- You share the footage, the questions and what the video is for.
- We read through the interviews and send a written quote with a delivery date.
- You approve a paper edit, then review the cut on a link with notes at exact moments.
- We make the changes and deliver each version you asked for.
The whole job runs online. Footage arrives through a shared link, cuts come back as review links, and calls are booked in Eastern time. We don't have an office in Detroit, and the work doesn't need one.

Questions
Do you meet clients in Detroit?
No. We work by email, review links and video calls booked in Eastern time, so there is nothing to schedule in person.
Can you edit interviews filmed at several plants?
Yes. Footage from different sites, cameras and lighting is common. We match color and sound so the interviews sit together in one video.
Ask for a quote
Cost depends on how many interviews there are and how long they ran, the finished length, the number of versions, and how much b-roll, graphics and sound repair the edit needs. Each job gets its own written quote before work starts.
